<h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Parents' Pride</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'A Home away from Home.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">This is an exclusive Pre-Primary section of Central Academy, especially designed either in a wing of the main school building in the same campus or in a separate premises nearby . This unique concept is set in a colourful ambience, with all the basic facilities and attractions of mini zoo, swings, slides, splash pool, skating rink, toy-room, etc., keeping in view that the youngest group of students start learning and loving their second home. </p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">School Calendar</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'A Academic Year Planner.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">For the past 20 years, our School Calendar has best represented our year-round schedule i.e.. holidays, events, exams, celebrations and all minor to major school activities. Every year it has a unique theme of knowledge, spread over all the twelve months of a year -National Symbols, Zodiac Signs, Occult Sciences, Pranayam, Trees, Animals, Religious symbols of Hindus, Jewels of the Universe, A History of Months, Spices-to name a few.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Printed Syllabus</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'A tall ordr of courses made sharter.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"> The printed syllabi from Classes Nursery to XII, provide the description and division of every subject according to the tests and exam schedules during an academic year. It directs and helps the teachers as well as the students to prepare for the various assessments and major examinations.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Prayer Book</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'Pray together, stay together.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">God is the foundation of this Universe, with this faith, the Prayer Book is compiled with prayers and songs from all religions in praise of the Almighty, which helps in spiritual development of children; patriotic songs and inspiring thoughts given in the book further help in their character building.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Teachers' Diary</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'One who dares to teach, must never cease to learn (and record it too).'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">It is an official, self-written guide-book for the teachers. It is meant to regulate the teaching and learning process between teachers and students. Enriched with quotations, the diary is a journal of lesson plans for documentation of what is taught in a class on daily or weekly basis.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Student's Diary</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'A conduit between the teachers and parents of a child.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Each student, right from Nursery to XII standard, is given a school diary which reflects the personality and academic progress of a child by the notes and comments given by the teachers and Principal from time to time. Students maintain it themselves by writing home assignments daily.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Parent-Teacher Meet</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'We plan, we act and we also interact.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">We facilitate parents by organizing Parent-Teacher meets periodically, especially after all the major examinations. We allow the parents to interact freely with the concerned teachers to get feedback and a candid report about their child's academic and all-round improvement. Parents are welcome even during the school hours in the allotted time for meeting with the class teacher or the Principal. </p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Secular Environment</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'We celebrate the festivals of our nation, Hindu, Muslim or any religian.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">We maintain a secular atmosphere in our schools by celebrating all the important - festivals of all the religions like - Holi, Dusshera, Diwali, Ramzan, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Zuha, Janmashtami, Ramnavmi, Rakhi, Christmas, Guru Nanak Jayanti, etc., in addition to the national festivals of Independence Day and Republic Day, every year.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Clubs and Societies</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'Preparing to be responsible citizens.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Clubs and Societies of Science, Commerce, Languages and Mathematics have been formed that function with senior students, so they can express themselves through the medium of projects, seminars, group-discussions and other literary activities. Experts and keynote speakers from various fields are invited to give lectures a conduct workshops to motivate them. We also hold career counselling sessions for our senior students.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">House System</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'Colour, fervaur and Endeavour.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">To inculcate the qualities of team-spirit, leadership, self-discipline and to develop competence among children, we divide all students, especially of middle and senior classes, usually in four groups or Houses. Thus, holding inter-house competitions for co-curricular activities becomes more exciting and interesting and the students strive to score maximum points for their Houses.</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Admission in the Mid-session</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'No stress, with a change of address.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">In case of a transfer of a parent to another city or change of residence in the same city but in a different localit' Centemian gets the privilege of admission after passing out a class from Nursery to XI std. or even in the mid of an academic session, if a branch of Central Academy is situated there, with a few official formalities</p> <h4><span style="font-weight: bold;">Academic Excellence</span></h4> <p style="font-size:16px; text-align: center; color:red;">'We soar higher and higher by competing with each other.'</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">As we have many branches in our own CA fraternity, the competition to score higher percentages in the Bo Exams of CBSE for Secondary and Senior Secondary classes, has doubled for the Principals, senior tead and the students. One, by competing with the local schools of the city and two, by striving to beat the of branches within our own community, we aim to maintain this healthy trait by imparting quality education. </p>
